It's nice to have a good reason to leave Northrend, and what better reason than a ball?

Report on Search of Goldshire and Surrounding Areas for Missing Children

Myself and fellow Rose member Xija were tasked to ask around Goldshire to see if any of the citizens had seen the missing children, Justin and Emily.

Apparently, not every part of Northrend has weather as disagreeable as the Howling Fjord had been when I visited a few months ago. Dalaran is positively pleasant!

Of course, it was still somewhat colder than the desert of Tanaris that I'd departed from after a Rose social held at some ruins there. But when a portal went up to Dalaran and the conclusion of the event, and I mentioned that I'd never been there, I was told that it was somewhere I had to see. After getting assurances that it wouldn't be cold and that I'd be able to return easily enough to any capital city I wished, I stepped through the portal, and found myself in a building with a doorway overlooking a pleasant fountain.
